That's why we are providing the Foothills Retirement Academy for all employees. This online curriculum is designed to help improve your financial knowledge so you have a better understanding of how to maximize your benefits and save for retirement.

The Foothills Retirement Academy is quick, easy to use and available 24/7. The three courses only take about 15 - 20 minutes each to complete, and you'll find lots of information about how to enroll in your plan and other steps you can take to start saving, increase your contributions, and more.

The Retirement Academy is an online financial literacy resource that helps employers educate their employees about personal finance, saving investing and other important financial topics.
